A called meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Cayuga Independent School District will be held on November 2, 2009 beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the High School Library at Hwy. 287, Cayuga, Texas 75832.

The subjects to be discussed, considered, or upon which any formal action may be taken are as follows. Items do not have to be taken in the order shown on the meeting notice.

1.	Discussion and Action
	a.	Real Estate
			Consideration of resolution of public complaint arising from Suit #4853, Tax sale of property (Identification No. R19502)
	b.	Attorney Consultation
	c.	Purchase of Phone System
